Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
