Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the annual budget preparation and monthly variance analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate general ledger records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
