Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial forecasting and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
