Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong knowledge of Nevada state tax regulations
- Certification in internal controls (CISA/CIA) highly desirable
