Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and assist management in strategic financial planning.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s degree (MBA/MSA) preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
