As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity, preparing complex reports, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. You will work closely with management to provide insightful analysis that drives business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and corporate policies.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis and accruals.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide variance analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audit activities.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (CPA certification is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Experience with general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
