Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee tax preparation filings and audit coordination
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and Excel automation
- Mentor junior accounting staff through monthly training sessions
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Proven track record of month-end closes with zero material errors
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
