Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and internal control requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
