As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our financial health, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparations.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
