Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and CA tax regulations
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks/Oracle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years' experience
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven experience with multi-state taxation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
