Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Support general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation processes
- Contribute to audit preparation and documentation requests
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist in budgeting and variance analysis initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Participate in process improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting internship or work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
