Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 100% accuracy and daily pay integration
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Optimize cash flow management and implement process improvements using ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and state-specific financial regulations
- Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support audit processes and maintain robust internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
