Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with daily pay integration
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic business decisions
- Implement and optimize internal controls for daily pay transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with daily pay systems
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Texas CPA license required
- Proven experience in fast-paced financial environments
