Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasting support.
- Ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time to relevant authorities.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on proper procedures and software usage.
- Implement and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
