As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create dynamic reporting tools and automate manual processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/CMA preferred but not required).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
