In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and audit schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
