Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and budget analysis.
- Maintain general ledger and fixed asset records with high precision.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience with daily pay or high-volume payroll processing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
