Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes with 99.9% accuracy
- Oversee complex reconciliations across multi-entity portfolios
- Develop automated financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Coordinate external audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Mentor junior staff on GAAP/IFRS implementation
- Analyze variance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Excel modeling (VBA, PivotTables, Macros)
- Big Four or equivalent audit background
- Oil & gas industry specialization preferred
- Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
