Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for client portfolios
- Prepare month-end closing reports and reconciliations
- Process daily payroll submissions with same-day funding
- Collaborate with CFOs on cash flow optimization strategies
- Implement QuickBooks and Xero integrations for clients
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Train finance teams on daily pay best practices
- Generate P&L statements and variance analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in daily pay processing platforms (Rippling, Gusto)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero
- Strong GAAP compliance knowledge
- Experience with multi-state tax filings
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor required
- Proven track record with high-volume transaction processing
