Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage multi-currency transactions for international clients
- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliation oversight
- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement financial process improvements using ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- SAP/Oracle ERP implementation experience essential
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of UK tax regulations and HMRC compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
