Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and assist with tax filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate accounting environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred but not required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
