Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or finance.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
