The Role
In this Full Time position, you will oversee our financial reporting, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support the management team in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial controls are effective.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
