Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations through rigorous audits
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
