Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Manage payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist in external audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to the finance management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
