Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting operations, including account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and GAAP standards.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor variances against the budget.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
