Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure the accurate reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, meeting all deadlines.
- Assist with external audits and internal control reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
