Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting

- Develop and implement financial reporting systems and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting software
