- Develop budget forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Ensure tax compliance and support external audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in financial audits and process optimization
