Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee general ledger (GL) reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
