Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Lead audit preparation and compliance documentation processes
- Develop and implement efficient financial reporting systems
- Coordinate with tax specialists to ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accountants and review team deliverables
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and SAP for financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP and tax regulations
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
