- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Prepare detailed financial statements and executive dashboards for stakeholders
- Lead tax planning and preparation activities while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
