Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize general ledger operations with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for high-profile clients
- Lead complex reconciliations across multiple accounts and systems
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and Excel automation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CMA preferred)
- 4+ years of public accounting experience with CPA license
