Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead audit processes and collaborate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for key clients
- Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance
- Utilize advanced Excel and accounting software for complex data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate environment
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Oracle, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing audits and financial reporting processes
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
