Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and executive dashboards
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 15+ vendor/client relationships
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Utilize NetSuite and QuickBooks for financial data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in tech/VC-backed firms
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-entity reporting
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% error tolerance)
- CA CPA license or actively pursuing certification
