Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decisions
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow optimization
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
