Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate external audits and implement internal controls
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for leadership
- Oversee tax preparation and compliance initiatives
- Maintain ERP system integrity and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
