Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the end-to-end AP workflow, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all AP documents.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
