Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors for seamless examinations
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Support strategic financial initiatives including budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
