Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 corporate clients including month-end close processes
- Prepare complex financial statements and compliance documentation
- Lead audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and audit procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Active California CPA license required
