Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliations
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial audits and tax preparations
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of progressive experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and MS Excel
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems and consolidations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
