Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Implement process improvements using advanced accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ERP systems
- Demonstrated experience with multi-entity consolidations and complex reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data trends
