- Prepare financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy

- Lead internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems for efficiency
- Support senior leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven leadership in process improvement projects
