- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop tax strategies and handle complex filings
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Expertise in tax preparation and auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
