Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain complex budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-departmental financial initiatives and process optimization

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
