Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for 50+ vendors/clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Develop and maintain internal controls for audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Streamline accounting workflows using ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables/VBA
- SAP/Oracle ERP implementation experience
- Tax preparation knowledge (federal/state)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Wisconsin CPA license in good standing
