Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general ledger accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Lead month-end and year-end close procedures with meticulous attention to detail
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance across all financial activities
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or private sector exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated success in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
