- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with IFRS/GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and audit procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Advise clients on tax optimization strategies and regulatory changes
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining quality assurance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Active Oregon CPA license required
