Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse portfolio of tech clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Develop and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel (Advanced Functions)
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
