Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, reconciliations, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with tax professionals on quarterly/annual tax filings and planning
- Lead financial audits and provide strategic insights to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing full accounting cycles for diverse clients
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and presentations
